| | While the agent completed required duties over the past 3 years (which consisted entirely of sending one notification card from the state to complete an annual report) the prices they charge are outrageous. In 2009, the price was $169, now in 2012 is it $219. The price is not competitive and is very unreasonable for small companies (who are unlikely ever to be sued) to pay such a fee for the services they provide (or generally for nothing except some clerical work that is very minimal)
